LMS System Administrator

Position Responsibilities:

This position is accountable for overall system management responsibilities related to the Global Learning Management System (LMS).  Act as the primary support contact and authority for technical and functional LMS related issues.  Assure effective and efficient operation of the LMS to meet end users needs.  Continuous improvement in the development and utilization of enhanced features that will allow business objectives to be met.

Develop process and define scope of the user management function for all portal and user options, permissions and settings.  Address technical bugs and other system issues from identification through resolution.  Responsible for managing system integrations and all new version releases.  Serve as the key technical resource on system projects from inception to roll out.

Master all administrator and user module functions within LMS.  Lead projects to drive feature utilization within modules/portals.  Develop business rules in system functionality for all new feature implementations.  Develop customized reporting to assist administrators, users and management with business decisions.

Provide direction, support and training to all end-users and administrators.

Experience Required:

A  minimum  of  4-6  years  experience  in  aprogressive Learning Management System Administrator environment.  Strong process and project management experience required.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.  Experience with Learn.com or other Learning Management System is strongly desired.

Education Required:

B.S. in Management and/or System Administrator equivalent work experience.
