We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst who will be located in Mattel's headquarters in El Segundo, California. The person in this role will support the GIT Governance and Strategy area with their continuous improvement strategy. In this job you will focus on the following:- Standardization and continuous improvement of our internal governance and standards- Become the authority on our interoperability between groups and templates required to provide quality deliverables - Plan, organize, and deliver training for our organization following our internal training roadmap- Learn facilitation and process mapping skills in Lean Principals- Develop proficiency in our (EPM) Enterprise Portfolio Management System QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION- A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) in Business or Computer Science or equivalent work experience- 5 or more years of experience in a business analyst role working with Business Systems in a large corporate environment- Excellent communication, presentations, and writing skills- Experience utilizing the full SDLC (system development life cycle)- Proven experience creating deliverables such as business case, business requirements, functional specifications, and business process flow diagrams- Ability to lead cross functional/organization project/teams- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills that enable effective interaction with employees and vendors at all levels- Experience with formal change management processes and tools- Must be detail oriented, analytical, and an independent thinker- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and multi-task to meet critical deliverable datesMattel is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity EmployerM/F/V/D Contact Information Company: Mattel, Inc.
