Job Description:
The Learning & Organizational Development Manager will champion the planning, development, deliverance, and successful execution of global learning and organizational development initiatives. This candidate will be expected to conceptualize processes and tools to augment critical areas within ADM.
There will be three Managers who will have the below comparable responsibilities. In addition, each will be responsible for supporting a different level of the organization (Individual Contributors, Supervisor/Managers, Executives) on all development and implementation of department initiatives.
Some of these responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Implementing new enterprise-wide initiatives around succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and change management
* Assessing and developing ADM talent that encompasses individuals, teams and organizations
* Influencing, teaching and negotiating with colleagues of various skills sets, backgrounds and receptiveness on enterprise initiatives
* Supervising learning and OD project Coordinator(s)
* Facilitating business team meetings, off-sites, and/or work sessions
* Collaborating and building enterprise-wide programs in a team environment

Requirements :
* 5+ years experience of learning needs assessment in a corporate environment, facilitation and delivery of business solutions is required
* 5+ years of strategic organizational development experience in performance management, succession planning, change management and leadership development is required
* Experience working in a global, virtual environment
* Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, verbalize ideas, and manage and resolve conflict
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills are a must
* Experience leading cross functional teams throughout the business
* Must have a high level of technical proficiency (i.e., Microsoft applications)
* A Bachelor’s degree is required; although a Master’s in adult education, human resources, or organizational development is highly preferred
