Metric Precision Machine & Eng., Inc. (MPM) is a rapidly growing Aerospace Company located in the Gardena area. The company currently employs over 80 people and occupies 32,000 square feet of floor space. The company's core competency is manufacturing small to medium size 3, 4, or 5 axis, medium to complex, turned or milled machined parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies.

We currently have manufacturing openings in the following machinist categories:

CNC Mill
CNC Lathe
Conventional Mill
Conventional Lathe
Mechanical Assembler


All positions require Set-up and blueprint reading experience. Will consider training in the assembly position. First and second shift available.

5 years min. experience req. but will consider experience plus school or training. We look for motivated self- starters who can work with minimal supervision. We have a friendly environment, allowing employees to work at an even pace while still being able to interact with fellow employees.
