We seek public accounting or industry professionals to provide external financial reporting or corporate general accounting.  The successful candidates for the Financial Reporting Manager will coordinate and prepare SEC reports, assist the company operating divisions with technical guidance, and perform special projects.  The successful candidates for the General Accounting Manager will manage the internal financial reporting, assure compliance with GAAP, and assess and improve accounting processes.  These will be key roles that will make a significant impact on these industry leaders.

Requirements: 


The successful candidates will have the following:
Proven track record in public accounting with SEC clients or public/private combination with exposure to SEC reporting for the External Reporting positions. Proven track record in Public Accounting or Industry for the General Accounting positions. CPA required. Ability and desire to be technical. Strong communication skills. Ability to work well with team and internal contacts.
