POSITION SUMMARY:Seeking Marketing Associate to work on the commercialization and in-market phases of a market entry strategy for a coffee project that supports the Nestle Beverages portfolio. Will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Market Intelligence and external partners in the execution and commercialization phase. Lead cross functional teams including sales, packaging, technical manufacturing, supply chain and finance to ensure timely new product development hurdles are met. Responsible for commercialization process including working closely with Sales and selling in to retailers, forecasting volume and getting P and L approved. Responsible for marketing plan development and execution as well as managing marketing budget. Proactively identify and recommend business-building initiatives.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Responsible for day to day management for a new product launch (logistics, forecasting, sales updates)* Work with Sales and external partners to optimally execute route-to-market strategies* Marketing Plan development and management of agency execution* Understanding and analysis of relevant marketplace dynamics and consumer target* Develop financial and market analysis to quantify concept opportunities* Track marketing budgets through systems REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:* BS/BA in Business with a Marketing emphasis; or relevant marketing experience. MBA preferred. * Candidate must possess a strong drive for results, including strong leadership, decision-making and analytical skills, effective communication skills, ability to think strategically, self-motivation, and a passion for the consumer and marketing.EXPERIENCE:* Minimum 3 years in consumer/customer marketing or equivalent experience. * Luxury goods experience or Consumer packaged goods desired.SKILLS:* Strong results orientation, leadership and team player abilities * Proven track record of project management * Strong planning and organization skills* Outstanding written and oral communication skills* Decision making and quantitative analytical skills are essential * Passion for Coffee is a must* Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and strong project management skills required RESPOND HERE!
