We currently have an opening for a Marketing Manager in our Marketing Department, located at our Corporate Headquarters.  This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementation of all marketing functions for a sales division.

 

Other responsibilities include support development and execution of Brand Strategy.  Lead on-going development and application of consumer insights.  Assist in the development and lead execution of long-term strategic business plans and new product strategies.  Lead development and execution of annual business plans, including annual product forecast and financial budgeting process.  Responsible for developing and evaluating marketing programs/concepts, including communication plans and consumer promotions.  Train and supervise Associate Marketing Managers in initiative planning and execution, budget management, Field Sales support and on-going business analysis.  Support Director in Agency/Marketing Partner objectives, execution and evaluations.  Primary interface with functional Managers (including other Marketing Managers, Marketing Services, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, RandD, Engineering and Field Sales).  Responsible for conducting margin analysis and making pricing recommendations.  Responsible for providing detailed analysis of business segments and product performance.  Builds strong, effective high performance teams. Influences and motivates for strong performance. Improves the performance of others through coaching/feedback. Strengthens the quality of talent through assessment, selection, placing the right people in the right positions. Identifies and develops future leadership and improves overall bench strength. Consistently makes good people decisions regarding recruitment, promotion, and assessment and possesses the ability to make tough but fair decisions.

 

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree-preferably in Marketing or Businees Administration

with an emphasis in Marketing along with five years related experience and experience with

Microsoft Suite.
