The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the administration, execution and tracking of advertising materials for a variety of marketing campaigns, and other special projects as assigned The Coordinator will work closely with the VP of Marketing to ensure successful and on time delivery of all marketing and advertising campaigns.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or management.

 Accurately maintain and update database of 800#s, URL addresses and creative materials used in marketing campaigns
 Schedule, prioritize and route marketing materials to meet deadlines as needed
 Quality Assurance/Tracking/Monitoring/Optimizing delivery and performance of all active campaigns
 Interface with vendors directly to gather information, give project instructions and troubleshooting
 Assist in the coordination of QVC shows and be onsite during QVC shows when required (some overnight hours required)
 Handle a wide variety of situations involving clerical and administrative functions of the Marketing Department, including acting as Administrative Assistant to the Head of Marketing, relieving department head of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail.
 Schedule appointments, diet planning, and approval schedules for media personalities, and weight loss participants.
 Heavy contact with internal and external creative groups as well as media buyers
 Coordinate departmental task assignments to ensure timely completion.
 Transcribe radio and TV spots.

Education and Experience  
College degree required
1-5 years of professional experience in Marketing or related field

Computer Skills
Knowledge of the Internet, E-mail, and Word Processing
