Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the assignment of Finished Good and UPC (GTIN) codes as well as the creation/maintenance of master data including the Distribution Unit material master, UCC14 material, Material Determination, Listings/Exclusions and Pricing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The job entails working within a Web-based application called the Master Data Administrator (MDA) and SAP supporting the creation, maintenance, analysis, problem-solving and technical troubleshooting when the data does not reach its final destination or it is not accurate. This position interacts with multiple business functions on a daily basis including Supply and/or Demand Planning, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, QA, R&D and Package Engineering. The position requires root cause analysis and resolution to issues with data, error reports, workflow, and reaction to interface failures. This position requires strong communication and a technical understanding of the flow of data due to the many systems the Master Data is expected to reach. This position may get involved in project work related to master data as needed. Support includes, but is not limited to, creation and maintenance of all Master Data within MDA and SAP, regular data integrity checks, execution of KPIs, enforcement of standards for data providers, and documentation for current internal processes. This position is also responsible for holding other business functions accountable for providing accurate data timely in support of the new process and tools (MDA).

Key Requirements:
1-4 years logistics or plant experience
SAP data management experience
Super user capabilities with MS Access, Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelors Degree in Business or Logistics preferred
Working knowledge/understanding of data management
