This position is responsible for the management of administrative support staff in day to day operations. Duties include processing incoming checks, bankruptcies, payment of departmental invoices, return mail, cancellations, payment research, forward overnight phone calls to appropriate parties, blanket billing, reviewing accounts for disco, refund processing, address changes, preparation and distribution of monthly reports, lliaison with outside collection agencies, 10-day letter process, dealer base payment research, procurement, maintenance of equipment, daily transmissions to third party agencies and processing all phases of the Dispute Management paperwork.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Hire, discipline and counsel associates. -Performance reviews and salary recommendations.-Quality Assurance• Training with administration staff on all facets of Informix and/or CARMS based job duties and time constraints involved.-Act as a liaison between administrative support and senior management regarding work volume/accomplishments.-Review and approve requests for account adjustments, customer refunds, vendor invoices, office supplies.-Insure equal distribution of work volumes, creating team environment• Interact and support SSO office staff, managers and other ADT DMS office sites -Review all DMS accounts for escalation or resolution by default.-Establish guidelines for additional procedures and bring to the attention of senior management.-Insure timeliness of all DMS procedures.• Field inquiries/assistance from ADT branch offices throughout US regarding existing Informix accounts requiring cancellation due to new service on CARMS base• Other duties as assigned.Requirements:SKILLS:Managerial skills.Microsoft Word – Intermediate Microsoft Excel – IntermediateInternet – basicEXPERIENCE:A minimum of 3 years related administrative/Supervisory experience required.EDUCATION:High school diploma or equivalent required.
