Network Analyst

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support development of capacity and constraint models for supply networks

• Help deliver process improvement projects across supply network opportunities and reporting output

• Serve as system integration champion

• Develop analytical tools and visibility to reduce inventory and increase service metrics

• Partner with capacity network planners to build proper capability for long-term capacity planning

 

Challenges:

• Metric trade-off between service and inventory, plant OEE’s and cycle reduction

• Transition management of activities

• Working on long term improvement while fixing short term constraints

• Communication across a number of business sub-categories

• Data accuracy of current network metrics

• Translating technical data into meaningful business language

 

Scope:

• Planning and analysis for plants nationwide

• Network encompassing up to 10 Company sites and numerous key supplier sites
