New Payroll Clerk Position - Right here in King of Prussia!

Check out this new Payroll Clerk PositionRight here in King of Prussia! In this position, you will get the chance to work for a large, well-known company.  You will process hourly payroll and payroll taxes under direct supervision of the Payroll Supervisor.  You will also get the chance to assist in other areas of Accounting as needed. Responsibilities:·  Process weekly payroll including printing out of payroll checks and direct deposits.·  Input corrections, additions and terminations into the payroll system.·  Print and distributes payroll checks.·  Maintain payroll reports and records.·  Answer questions from employees with regards to their paychecks.·  Process employee garnishments and loans.·  Provide Kronos assistance to supervisors as needed.·  Assist Payroll Supervisor with the preparation of month-end journal entries and account reconciliations as needed.·  Assist Payroll Supervisor in processing of manual checks.·  Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or General Accounting tasks as assigned.Requirements: 2 – 4 years payroll experience AS Degree Other general accounting experience, including AP, is a plus. CPP or progress towards it is a plus!
