Operations Manager

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Expanding manufacturing company looking for an experienced Operations Manager that has experience in manufacturing and distribution. Manage the Purchasing, Warehouse, Customer Service and Accounting departments. (Approximately 40 employees) Duties include hiring, training staff, vendor relationships, exceeding gross profit goals and working with the sales team to create positive relationships. Responsible for company inventory,ensure company supplies are at appropriate levels. Work with Sales Manager with account analysis and resolving customer issues.

Bachelor's degree (BA) preferred

Salary range: $ 70,000 - $80,000 plus discretionary bonus
