Order Entry & Customer Service Representatives (Equestrian Knowledge Required)

Job Responsibilities Receive incoming phone calls from our customers; assist with the placement of their catalog and web orders Answer customer questions ranging from questions about our products to the status of existing orders Accurately enter orders into the Ecometry Order Entry Interface Meet department metrics Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Requirements and Qualifications Previous call center and/or contact center experience in a customer service or sales environment preferred Working knowledge of equestrian products is required Ability to multi-task and have exceptional written and oral communication skills Excellent computer skills with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required Strong organizational skills required Must be able to work 40 hours per week Must be available between 8AM to 8PM as well as be available to work every other weekend

 

Compensation:   $9.50 to $10.50 per hour
