PRODUCT CERTIFICATION MANAGER

KICHLER LIGHTING is a great place to work.  We are one of the leading manufacturers of residential lighting that is offering a challenging opportunity for a Product Certification Manager at our corporate headquarters in Independence, OH.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 Project Management of all new and existing product certifications.Oversee compliance of all file maintenance. Responsible for acquiring and negotiating quotation from listing agencies.Maintain product compliance /ISO 17025.Develop and maintain department budgetOver see all follow-up service –FUSWork closely with Customer Service team on electrical and certification questions.Review all QA electrical issues with Quality Assurance department.Assist R & D department concerning standards.Oversee management of 4 direct reports. 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND, SPECIFIC WORK EXPERIENCE:

 Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering 2-5 years experience working in a product certification environment.At least 2 years of management experience.
