• Lead the R&D activity for transferring new/existing technology into actual Projects.
• Lead processing aspects for improving innovation.
• Lead implementation R&D activity relate to scale-up & manufacturing projects.
• Lead technical & system responsibility and training for the R&D department.
• Translate the local & regional processing capability into inputs for category business need.
• Liaise & optimize Co-pack operations & Supply Chain processing projects.
• Execution and supervision of routine / standard trials at lab, pilot plant, or full scale including comprehensive testing protocols for critical aspects of performance.
• Development of prototypes for validation/proof of principle.
• Supervising or mentoring technician / interns / new comers
