Product Supply Manager
This position has the tactical accountability for plant scheduling, production planning, finished goods inventory levels, and customer compliance levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Ensure tactical execution of the production schedule to meet sales order ship dates.
§ Prepare production plans to drive raw material procurement, staffing plans, and capacity utilization.
§ Manage working capital for stocked finished goods.
§ Site expert on ERP (Adage) and scheduling (FYGIR) systems.
§ Lead physical inventory process.
§ Participate in product optimization efforts.
§ Minimize scrap by reworking nonconforming product.
§ Minimize product and raw material obsolescence.
§ Provide backup for Plant Purchasing function.
Requirements:2+ years of management experience in a product supply, supply chain, production planning, or similar role.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related major.MBA from an accredited institution or APICS certification is a plus.ERP experience required. Adage ERP experience is desirable.Must have strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
