Will be responsible for …Ability to Lead safely by following SOP’s in LOTO, PPE’s, Fall Protection, and confined spaces; underneath and next to moving equipment. Set’s the example by leading from the front; Lead, coach, and mentor employees to meet Production scheduleAble to develop and update SOP’s on a continuous basisAbility to communicate effectively with various department representatives, Leads, Managers, and SupervisorsDemonstrates strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills of general food manufacturing processing and packaging Inventory Control / JDE and Eagle systems experience a plus

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environmentFood Processing Experience a plusRotating shifts (Days & Swing)

Salary: Competitive salary DOE, depending upon experience.

    $_16.40 - $ 19.00___ + Quarterly Bonus Structure
