Program Coordinator

In joining our team you will be critical to our success providing day-to-day inside sales support to one of our customers in the Cheshire, CT area.  A successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative and support services including: accurately placing purchase orders for private label product, track lost/delayed shipments, resolve issues pertaining to orders or product, document development and/or processing, presentation creation, and data entry.

 

In addition the candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records to include order specifications of all approved items, current pricing, promotional pricing, order confirmations and related documents, and documentation and correspondence on consumer complaints. Will also assist in prompt resolution of deductions and recouping related brokerage.

 

An ideal candidate will understand the buying process and order flow and be a liaison between customer and internal support staff.

 High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors preferredMinimum of two years administrative and/or customer service experience preferably in retail or consumer package goods industry; prior sales support preferredDemonstrated ability to multi-task and be competent to handle deadlines. Capable of working independently to accomplish assigned time-sensitive dutiesMust have strong organization skills coupled with close attention to detail and accuracyStrong written and verbal communication, listening, problem solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in computer applications to include Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
