Position Overview:  This position is the central nervous system of the Apollo Sales Organization of IRI requiring the ability to organize and keep track of several facets of the Apollo business relating to both existing clients as well as supporting internal team members.  Listed below are the primary responsibilities of the position; however this position is frequently called upon to accomplish ad hoc projects that are in the interest of advancing the Apollo Sales and Marketing effort. Responsibilities -  Responsible for global forecasting, planning, reporting and analyzing the sales performance of Apollo Space Planning software across all accounts and channels-  Manage monthly revenue progress and resolve revenue issues with International Sales Teams and 3rd Party Value-Added Resellers (VAR), Toolbox Solutions-  Respond to ad hoc requests for client classifications and screenings in support of annual plans as well as in support of internal initiatives-  Provide tracking and analysis on sales commissions and short term sales incentive programs-  Handle planning and execution of approximately 15 client specific sessions annually including registration, client confirmation, tracking and invoicing-  Formulate efficient sales monitoring, analysis, reporting, and planning procedures-  Solicit and implement new ideas to facilitate continuous improvement of the sales cycle and forecasting abilities-  Conduct ongoing needs assessment, identification of issues/opportunities and implementation of corresponding actions with Account Managers-  Review all contracts on an annual basis looking for lapses in contract continuity and/or billing omissions generally resulting in $100,000 annually in “found” revenue-  Interface with Waltham based Technical support on daily customer service and software issues-  Responsible for calculating and negotiating quotes to all existing Apollo customers for annual maintenance and support and/or annual license fees-  Provide focused contact and assistance to clients based upon their needs and challenges ensuring client satisfaction and client loyalty-  Continually update client profile information to identify opportunities and problems-  Coordinate cyber and on-site trainings for clients  Requirements:-  3-5 years’ experience in one of the following fields:· Project Management/Contract Management· Financial Analyst· Operations Manager· Contract Administration· Accounting -  Must have a high level of attention to detail-  Must have excellent execution/follow through skills-  Advanced MS Office experience, specifically Excel (having used formulas)-  BS degree  IRI offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package including relocation benefits, tuition reimbursement, immediate medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) plan, flexible work arrangements, casual work environment, and an excellent opportunity for growth.
