Project Manager

Dorel Juvenile Group is looking for a Project Manager to oversee our sample process at our Design and Development Center in Foxboro, MA.

Working with all of our juvenile categories, from car seats to strollers to baby gates and bath tubs, you will be responsible for all product samples.  Responsible for receipt, distribution, maintenance of integrity of samples, documentation and communication to all of Project Management, Sales and Marketing for incoming samples.  Maintain accurate inventory and ensure appropriate documentation, shipment, and/or storage of samples. Interface and coordinate with cross functional departments to schedule and coordinate distribution of samples. Responsible for validation and repair of all samples.  Track sample expenditures to plan and prepare reports detailing expenses to budget.  In addition to Sample Management, you will also work in tandem with the Merchandising and Trade Show Coordinator to maintain the product theater.  Prepare the product theater for meetings and line reviews as well as travel as needed to hand deliver samples for meetings or trade shows.

Knowledge of Consumer Products preferred. Retail background a plus.  Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, superior organizational abilities and meticulous record keeping skills.  Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point required. Microsoft Access is a plus.  Must be a team player! Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs for various mailroom functions involving shipping samples.
