Receptionist

Daikin, a global air conditioning leader, manufactures and supplies advanced high quality air conditioning equipment for the commercial and residential markets. Daikin’s global presence stretches from Asia to Europe and South America. We are expanding rapidly in North America and are currently seeking a Receptionist for our office in Irvine, CA.

Individual will be responsible for office supplies, answering telephones and forwarding calls; greeting visitors, clients and vendors; sorting and forwarding incoming mail and coordinating pick up and delivery of express mail services. In addition, individual will handle clerical duties, such as word processing, photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.


Individual must be able to work independently in a small office with no on site supervisor. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Good written/verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
