Recruiting Manager
Our client, a leading producer of disposable clean up products, seeks a leader to head organizational recruiting strategies to support the explosive growth of its popular lines. Its category leading products continue to provide useful hygienic solutions to Food Service, Jan/San, Industrial and other Commercial customers. Historic demand for these has driven substantial regional, national and international sales. This manufacturer is looking for an individual to head national recruiting efforts to support growth within its key regional operating facilities. Essential duties will include communication with senior leadership team, Human Resources department, and other key company hiring decision makers to determine critical needs and develop effective recruiting processes. To support these activities this person will be instrumental in developing as well as executing company outreach programs focused on Internet job postings, internal candidate request, employee referral programs, campus recruiting and job fairs. Additionally, key responsibilities will include creation/utilization of related company documentation, governmental compliance procedures, interview de-briefs, and status reports to provide full lifecycle selection of high impact candidates. Other duties will include management of external recruiting firms and other consultants to add value to the candidate selection process. Special duties will include participation in Human Resources department decision making team to establish creative workforce planing strategies and innovative recruiting policies. To qualify for this exciting opportunity you must posses a minimum of 5 years successful experience in full lifecycle recruiting focused on multiple employee levels. A track record of successful recruiting process stages to include networking, sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and due diligence is highly valued. Key background dedicated to national recruiting within a manufacturing or multiple location environment will set you apart. A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing or a related descipline is required. A MBA or MS is preferredFirst year earnings are expected to be $80K-$90K plus excellent benefits.
