Lierac is seeking experienced, enthusiastic, energetic and very upbeat Regional Sales Representatives in Boston, New York, New Jersey, Long Island and Washington DC. We are searching for passionate people that love quality skincare products!

Job Description:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Increase sales in existing pharmacy locations
• Conduct special promotional events on a weekly basis-at least 2
special in-store events per week
• Motivating in-store advisors
• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service with sense of urgency, purpose and professionalism.
• Create an efficient territory schedule to ensure regular client visits, and effective prospecting.
• Utilize available sales and marketing tools
• Maintain and report calendar of daily activities.
• Manage monthly promotion/demonstration budget.
• Periodically provide product knowledge/retail sales training to beauty advisors
• Present and help implement sales, marketing, and education tools
• Work a minimum of forty hours per week.
• Be willing to work some evenings/weekends as needed.
• Attend all company sales meetings.
• Communicate daily with Sales & Marketing, Customer Support, and Educators.


Qualifications:
• College degree preferred
• Esthetics license preferred but not necessary
• Proven successful sales experience.
• Strong business development skills.
• Ability to work independently from home office in an efficient and
results-oriented manner
• Ability to build effective business relationships/partnerships with
clients.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills.
• Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills. Demonstrate excellent
work ethic and professional standards.
• Working knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Power Point,
Outlook, Excel etc.
• Must have a car and valid driver’s license. (Does not apply to Manhattan residents)
• Travel 80%+
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.
