Retail Link Analyst

JOB OBJECTIVE: Develop, provide and communicate reports and data to the WAL-MART Team in a timely manner.  Assist WAL-MART Team in related sales functions.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Develop and provide related reports to include Wal-Mart Buyer standard Retail Link reports, Vendor Performance Scorecard, New Item Tracking Report, Promotion Sell through reports, Item Information, In Stock and Out of Stock reports, Inventories, POS and other related reports

2. Responsible for all International Co-Managed functions

3. Assist with presentations, sales materials and other duties as requested

4. Attendance is an essential function of the job.

5. Must be at the workstation at the beginning of the shift.

6. Must continuously follow all safety policies and procedures on the job.

7. For safety and business purposes, must have communication skills including reading, writing and must be able to communicate to others as well as be able to receive communication from others.

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:

Work experience with Excel.  Some college preferred in the field of Accounting, Data Management or similar area of study. 

 

JOB SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Internet Explorer. Working knowledge of other Windows based computer programs.  Excellent attention to detailed sales data.  Ability to assimilate data and develop reports accurately and timely.  Work and communicate closely with WAL-MART Team.
