Retail Store Manager  Dedicated to making “Only the Finest® in boxed chocolates we are looking for a friendly,  energetic professional with a customer service driven attitude to manage our retail store in Moore, OK. Job Responsibilities:· Oversee the day to day operational functions of the store.· Hire, supervise, lead & motivate employees · Meet sales/profit goals· Control expenses & inventory · Stock products and display strong merchandising techniques · Display excellent customer service driven attitude · Perform back office duties Requirements:· Previous retail store management experience strongly preferred Demonstrated leadership ability. Able to manage multiple priorities at once. Computer literate. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Desire to be part of a performance-driven team. Able to work day, evening & weekend shifts as needed. Frequent lifting of 1-5 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds required. Constant standing, bending, reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity.
