Sleep Innovations, Inc. has over one thousand employees throughout the United States. At Sleep Innovations, we pride ourselves on making the most of memory foam’s unique characteristics to create the most innovative and comfortable pillows, toppers and mattresses in the marketplace.
Position Summary
Sleep Innovations is currently seeking an S&OP Data Analyst. This person will be responsible for supporting the S&OP and freight management process to improve planning and reduce costs to serve customers. This person will report to the Vice President of Supply Chain.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
§ Develop, update and manage S&OP tools (spreadsheets, JDE module) to support long range planning process.
§ Creation of master production schedule
§ Maintain plant capacity and constraint information
§ S&OP team member (possible process manager)
§ Support freight and logistics function with data analysis
§ Must be very analytical and capable of functioning in a data driven environment
§ Ability to work with and present data in an actionable form to drive planning and decision making
§ Work with plants to ensure accuracy of data used to make decisions and resolve conflicts
Education & Experience
§ 3-10 years experience in Supply Chain (procurement, logistics, planning)
§ Master production scheduling (MPS) and/or S&OP experience
§ JDE experience a plus
§ College degree (business, supply chain, mathematics)
§ Strong analytical and computer skills (Access, Excel, ERP)
§ Detail oriented
§ Excellent communication skills
§ Team oriented
§ Self motivated
