This position is responsible for performing business application support for following business functions: Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing & Quality and Purchasing, Accounting and Controlling. This position is expected to analyze and resolve systems incidents raised by the business users. Responsibilities include: Analyzing application incidents and identifying potential solutions Ensuring the correct functioning of the daily operations, including the monitoring of the interfaces and nightly batch runs Providing technical support to end users and IT colleagues as required Supporting current applications in such a manner that they meet or exceed end user expectations for quality and timeliness Understanding and documenting future business requirements and change requests Assisting with end user training and coaching for the effective use of new and existing functionality Ensuring that the application support delivery methodology and tools are utilized to provide quality application support and services Building and maintaining strong relationships with business end-users, IT colleagues and external resources to foster team work and end-user satisfaction Optimizing and guaranteeing the correct use of the business application in accordance with the L'Oreal Group best practices. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience requiredExperience: At least 1 year of related work experienceBusiness Skills: Understanding of manufacturing business processes and concepts, including: Supply Chain Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, Accounting and Controlling Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal Relations, Professional Presence, Innovation and Creativity, Flexibility and Adaptability to Change, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting, Active Listening, Focus, Requirements Gathering & InterviewingManagement Skills: Teamwork, Service Orientation, Commitment Management, PrioritizationTechnical Skills: Application Service Delivery, Support & Maintenance, Systems Analysis and Analytical Skills, Understanding of System Integration, Application Testing, Change Management and Training Language: English, French (optional but desired)
