SENIOR DIRECTOR - DIRECT RESPONSE MARKETING

Our client is a publicly traded multi-billion dollar company that manufactures, wholesales, and retails more than 20,000 products globally through wholesalers and retailers and operates over 1000 individual locations. Located in the NY metropolitan area, our client is seeking a seasoned individual that will be responsible for customer loyalty marketing of our client’s direct response brands. Responsibilities:The successful applicant will: Manage and lead the call center operations and mailroom operations. Manage the Loyalty Program strategy, design, implementation and execution. Manage Customer feedback and engagement. Direct all personalized and targeted online and traditional marketing. Coach and mentor the direct response marketing organization.Performance measured on associate development and marketing ROI. Manage an organization of 100+ associates Requirements:The successful applicant will have specific professional experience leading a large, multi facet marketing organization for a Direct Response business. Applicants' background should ideally include strong catalog, mail order, e-commerce and call center elements for an operation generating at least $50,000,000/year in sales.Experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods environment would be viewed very favorably.
