SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER Our client is an innovative leader in self-care, wellness and personal health products.  Their revolutionary ideas in home healthcare technology have transformed the world of personal wellness.  As they continue to invest in the latest technological advances and launch products, they are seeking a Senior Product Manager for emerging product markets and existing product lines.Duties and Responsibilities include:·  Develop and execute all initiatives including identifying/launching new products, packaging and merchandising, consumer positioning, sales promotion and pricing, product line management, channel opportunities and growth plans, market research and business analysis, strategy development.·  Heavy focus on new product development.  Take the lead in conceiving and developing new products for the Massage & Spa category.·  Manage multiple projects and new products at once.·  Monitor category performance to ensure sales volume and profit goals are met.·  Work hand in hand with the sales organization to ensure company objectives are met.·  Develop and execute advertising and consumer promotion plans in partnership with the CMO.·  Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.  Includes industrial and graphic designers, engineering, sales, finance, operations, external manufacturing, other marketing team members and advertising and PR firms among others.·  Train, develop and advance product management team.Requirements:· MUST HAVE CONSUMER GOODS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE· Strong product development background.  Demonstrated ability to creatively identify trends and growth opportunities. Successful track record in sorting innovation ideas and developing appropriate products for the business with the right features and design aspects.  · Must be capable of working all facets of the development process.  This is a hands on position.· Experienced in project management and leading cross functional teams consisting of both internal and external suppliers with a focus on working well with design and engineering teams.· Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and product management.· Excellent oral and written communication skills. Leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture with changing priorities.  Must be able to take criticism.· Self-motivated with a drive to excel.  Strong multi-tasking capabilities.· Dynamic presentation skills.· Willing to travel, including overseas.· Minimum education is bachelor’s degree. · Minimum 4-6 years of relevant product development /marketing experience. This position will lead and influence broadly within and outside the company.
