Responsibilities:To ensure receivables are collected while maintaining focal point for customer relations.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Reviews open invoices to identify delinquent accounts.2. Initiates collection calls.3. Researches account discrepancies.4. Communicates collection results/problems with National Account Managers.5. Take complete ownership of managing information to various associates regarding correct billing and customer satisfaction on accounts.6. Make applicable notes on CARMS as to any pertinent collection activity or customer contact.7. Incumbents may serve as a technical resource to others in the resolution of complex problems, and orient, train, assign and review the work of lower level employees.8. Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Education: High school diploma.Experience: Five (5) years of Collections or directly related experience.Skills: Basic computer knowledge.
