We currently have an opening for a SW Associate Operations Manager.

 

The primary purpose of this position is to assist in coordinating all DC operation activities at 3PL warehouse in Fort Worth, TX to ensure superior customer service at the lowest possible cost. In addition, this position will be responsible for collaboration with Plant Coolers, Transportation and 3PL Warehouse to coordinate the timely and efficient flow of finished good inventory to support order fulfillment, quality and inventory management objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

·  Flawless execution of inventory transactions within Dannon SAP environment and linkage to 3PL WMS applications

·  Minimize product obsolescence and losses, ensure FEFO stock rotation and administer Quality Control inventory hold management.

·  Logistics systems management

·  Flawless Customer Service

·  Manage on time rollout of new items

·  Manage the invoice through the payment process for all fixed and variable expenditures

·  Maintenance and reporting of Logistics KPI’s and ensure adherence to SOP’s and Sarbanes Oxley key controls

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

(A) Minimum

·  Bachelors degree with a minimum 3 years of related work experience

·  Experience in communicating and managing internal and external customer Service expectations between the company and third party service providers

·  Knowledge and transactional expertise inside SAP (R3)

·  Frontline Warehouse Operations experience

·  Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes)

·  Familiar with supply chain KPI’s and metrics

·  Inventory management experience (inventory reconciliation, OS&D processing, stock rotation)

·  Transportation/Carrier management experience
