Sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to achieve results through others. Strong problem solving with the ability to drive to root cause. Ability to get things done through others while balancing the people and cultural implications of change. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to flawlessly execute on daily issues and move projects forward in parallel. Solid track record of leading behaviorally-based safety programs. Understanding of manufacturing shop floor environment and operations, with emphasis to proper ergonomics and preventative safety. Well versed in worker’s compensation and the claims management process. The individual must be PC proficient.   List the education level and/or certification and training requirements, as well as years of experience preferred for person entering this position: 5+ years in a safety role in an industrious environment; manufacturing preferred. 5+ years in overseeing worker’s compensation and claims management administration.
