Sales/Service Representative & Assistant to VP of Sales

Responsible for customer service support and administrative support to company's VP of Sales.


Duties and Responsibilities: Write up and communicate quote requests for customer Write up orders for customers Obtain information for orders such as pulling samples from last job and obtaining approval signatures for orders. Maintain inventory for customers Communicate with customers regarding the status of orders and shipments Enter customer orders in system Enter customer releases in system Print and review Scheduled Deliveries Report daily Coordinate Daily Production Meetings. Directs calls for  VP of Sales Schedules business trips for the VP of Sales Responsible for mailing samples to customers for the VP of Sales Review Aging Trial Balance for outstanding past due invoices. Communicate to customer any outstanding items such as invoices and credits open on account. Fax any customer request ; i.e. Invoices, Bill of Ladings, & proof of deliveries. Write up credit request
