JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



· Provide overall assistance to the internal and external sales team.

· Act as a point of problem resolution to retail customers.

· Conduct outbound telephone calls to follow up on customer inquiries.

· Assist end users on warranty and product servicing issues.

· Coordinate with sales managers, purchasing department, and customers to gather and analyze sales forecasts.

· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to make sure that shipments are delivered properly.

· Serve as a liaison between customers and the factory.

· Responsible for order entry, processing, and follow up.

· Special projects as assigned.

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

· Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.

· Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (ability to create spreadsheets and utilize formulas).

· Capable and experienced at managing high volume voice and email communications.

· Strong customer service skills; ability to respond in a prompt and efficient manner.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with deadlines.

· Must be detail oriented and organized.

· Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

· Some communications may be corresponded with Asian vendors, so Asian language ability is a plus, although not a must.
