Job Description:

The position available is for a full time Sales / Customer Service Associate.

Primary responsibilities and required traits are:

 Ability to analyze sales of existing customers and determine potential sales growthAbility to service existing accounts, obtain orders, upsell and maintain high customer satisfaction. Identify and call on potential new customersAnswer customer phone calls and resolve customer questions and concernsAptitude to learn our product line and our servicesAbility to gather current marketplace information on pricing, new products, customer service initiatives, merchandising techniques etc.Self motivator willing to support fellow team membersCommunicate effectively via phone and electronic mail.Perform with good judgment and the ability to work independentlySolid working knowledge of MS Office applications a must

 

Education:

Bachelor's degree

 

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of Sales / Customer Service experience.  Previous knowledge of Ecometry and a passion for tea a plus.
