Sanitation Supervisor

Litehouse is a manufacture of quality salad dressings and sauces serving the retail, foodservice and value added markets throughout the U.S. and Canada.  This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly growing employee-owned organization.  With headquarters in Sandpoint, Idaho, this position is located in our Lowell, Michigan facility.

SANITATION SUPERVISOR


Responsibilities Include:Responsible for cleanliness of the facility to meet or exceed regulatory, AIB, HACCP, and FDA guidelines. Responsible for leadership of sanitation team including employee training, safety, teambuilding, performance evaluations and career development. Must have good problem solving skills. Maintain sanitation paperwork and ensure it is current and accurate. Provide solutions and continuous improvement to constantly improve the organization. Maintain metrics and work with budgetary guidelines. Set team goals to ensure facility meets our customers expectations on a daily basis.


Qualifications Include:Experience in a food sanitation leadership role or Q.A. with proven knowledge of sanitation requirements. Science degree preferred but not required. Willing to work 3rd shift.
