Senior Retail Planner

As media becomes increasingly fragmented, the retail environment is more critical than ever in connecting consumers with brands. RTC's Retail Planning team is focused on planning and executing retail research programs that uncover key strategic opportunities in the store.

We are looking for a senior-level planner (minimum 7 years of experience) to guide our research and strategy activities. You have experience developing user centered research methodology's, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, crafting meaningful insights, and framing actionable design and business opportunities. You are empathetic, curious and an excellent communicator.

As a Senior Retail Planner at RTC, you will work closely with Customer Business Development teams to understand and anticipate the needs of our clients. You will develop proposals for Retail Planning and Design projects, as well as facilitate workshops to engage clients in the innovation process. You will execute shopper focused research programs with RTC's design team and collaborate with them to guide creative projects from a strategic perspective. You will have numerous opportunities to present your ideas at industry events.
