PRODUCTION PLANNER / SCHEDULER

 

General Responsibilities:

Inventory control and production planning, internally as well as externally at our suppliers.  The supply chain Planner is responsible to provide accurate information on inventory and to provide input at forecast meetings, manage new SKU launches and to work with the engineers to coordinate start and testing dates.  The Supply Chain Planner acts as the conduit for suppliers, interacting with them on a daily basis to manage capacities and manage exceptions or problems.

Required BS Degree Min 3 yrs Consumer Goods manufacturing, supporting Retail or Big Box customersExcellent Verbal and Written Communication SkillsThe ability to create ad hoc reports or processes to address issuesAnalytical Math SkillsComputer Skills (MS Office, and ERP or MRP system)Project Management SkillsAble to travel internationally on occasion
