Sr Consumer Insights (Research) Analyst

This role is responsible for coordinating and executing qualitative and quantitative research projects in the US and international markets. You will work with research suppliers, internal research support services, and cross-functional departments (i.e., marketing, design, packaging, advertising, etc.) as you plan and field primary research projects involving qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The qualified candidate will have excellent analytical and critical thinking/reasoning skills and the ability to translate research data into actionable recommendations and/or bring consumer insights to business issues.Qualifications' Strong analytic problem solving skills with a solid understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. ' Experience or strong understanding of common qualitative research techniques (e.g., focus groups, one-on-one interviews, ethnographic research, etc). ' Experience or strong understanding of common quantitative research techniques (e.g., discrete choice, conjoint analysis, segmentation, tracking, etc.).' A solid foundation in statistics (multivariate skills).' The ability to synthesize information into meaningful insights, conclusions, and recommendations is required.' Strong report writing and presentation skills are required. ' Exhibit confidence in representing the 'voice of the consumer.'' Ability to work independently and be flexible to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. ' Ability to handle multiple projects, and the ability to be detail oriented without sacrificing a broad strategic perspective. ' Strong vendor and business relationship management skills. ' Demonstrate the initiative and creativity to identify and conduct strategic projects. ' Ability to work in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
