Description

The following person will report directly to the lead Service Dept. Engineer for evaluation on the quality of repaired Crestron products.

Function

This person will perform tests on all Crestron equipment that has been either serviced for repair or evaluate units that have been deemed no problem found. This person will also contact the tech that deemed unit to be a problem and assist them in replicating their questionable failing unit and facilitate the return of their unit in a full working manor.

Required Skills

Knowledge of most Crestron products and their performance criteria's for which they were designed. SIMPL Windows and VT-ProE is a plus.

Good communication skills. PC knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and evaluate the proper requirements for said product and able to create test procedures on the fly to address issues.

Education Requirements

Two-year technical degree or accredited apprenticeship program or the equivalent in a technical field is required, B.S. preferred.
