Sr Director of Marketing

This position drives the development and execution of the Annual Marketing Plan that includes New Products, Promotions, Support Items, Communications Program, Key Account Programs, and Corporate Trade Shows. Job Duties 1. New Products:a. Create excitement for the brandsb. Drive sales for domestic, export and website2. Promotions:a. Drive existing product sales growth for domestic, export and websiteb. Maintain appropriate inventory levels (in conjunction with Operations) 3. Support Items:a. Such as samples, displays, merchandising items, etc. that drive sell-in and sell-through 4. Communications Program:a. Including New Product/Promotion launch piecesiii) E-blastsiv) Web Updatesv)  Advertisingvi) Public Relationsvii)  Sales Notifications (Sneak Previews, special letters, etc.) 5. Key Account Programs that drive sell-in and sell-through for top customers in the Export, Domestic and Spa markets. 6. Corporate Trade Shows designed and run by in-house Sales and Marketing teams including ISPA, ISSE Long Beach and Cosmoprof North America.  Also responsible for export and domestic distributor show marketing and creative support. 7. Create and monitor department budget 8.
