This position provides key financial and analytical support for the Bratz Brand Product Development team. General responsibilities include overall analysis of monthly financial results as well as ownership of the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts for Bratz Product Development projects and operating expenses. This role will serve as a Bratz business finance partner that will help identify key business issues, opportunities, risks, and provide recommendations to help achieve business results. This position reports to the Director of FP&A.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and strategic spending plan for Bratz Brand Product Development. Perform Brand Margin analysis and profitability projections for the Bratz Brand & SKUs.Work closely with Bratz Brand Product Development VP to monitor spending activities and manage against plan or forecast.Assist the Bratz Product Development organization with financial analytical support such as ROI analysis and other business relevant analysis.Compile various reports to inform functional and business leaders of trends, issues and/or opportunities. Identify key business drivers, their P&L or balance sheet impact, and the bottom line impact to the business.Stay abreast of key business initiatives and their impact on Budget or Forecast.Identify, propose and implement process improvement initiatives to improve the timing and accuracy of financial information.Coordinate scope of work and monitor progress of projects using various databases.

Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail are critical for success at this position.

EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONBachelor degree in finance or related field required. MBA preferred.Additional certification a plus

 MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/PREFERREDBachelor degree in finance or related field required. MBA preferred.5+ years experience, within an analytical finance/business role. Positive attitude and demonstrated organizational excellence through creativity, initiative and enthusiasm.Experience working within a consumer products organization a plus. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.Superior systems skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Proficiency in Axapta and TargIt systems a plus.
