SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Sr. Product Planner will develop, maintain, and drive schedule execution of worldwide toys through the design and development process to ensure speed to market and timely availability of product. This individual has daily interaction with Design, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging, Finance and world-wide manufacturing facilities. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure within Mattel's Worldwide headquarters by partnering with departments throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and the ability to manage their own product lines by successfully driving the planning process from initial concept through seeing the product on the retail shelf. Must be confident leading large meetings and able to work under tight deadlines. The position requires flexibility in addition to strong organizational and communication skills.We are seeking an individual with experience in a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods/development environment.
