Supervisor Maintenance E & I

Our client, a leading producer of disposable clean up products seeks a strategic leader to manage key on-site operations focused on its popular product lines. Its category leading products continue to provide useful hygienic solutions to Food Service, Jan/San, Industrial and other Commercial customers. Historic demand for these has driven substantial regional, national and international sales. This manufacturer is looking for an individual to head operational strategies focused on site-specific manufacturing supported through its high performance facility located in Arizona. Key leadership responsibilities will include planning as well as execution of objective programs to produce safe, efficient and effective maintenance of the entire facility. To support these activities this person will head a direct reporting 22 member leadership team focused on shift management, electrical systems, store room inventory, planning and machine operation. Additional duties will include leadership centered around departmental best practice procedures, training, site improvements, equipment efficiencies, systems performance tracking and employee performance. Special responsibilities will include participation in senior leadership team to develop policies and procedures to advance overall operations performance.To qualify for this exciting opportunity you must posses 5 years minimum successful experience focused on maintenance and/or engineering management within a manufacturing or related production environment. Additional ability to train, motivate, empower and lead a diverse personnel group is highly valued. Successful experience working in a high performance work system utilizing strong analytical, organizational, follow-up and documentation skills sets you apart. A two or four year degree plus related experience or equivalent overall experience is required. First year earnings are expected to be $80K-$90K plus excellent benefits. A comprehensive relocation package will be provided where needed.
