Supply Chain Planning Manager/Strategic Leader/Global Sourcing Manager

5/1/08  Still searching for the right candidate!!!  Excellent career opportunities with our global consumer products client who is rapidly growing and adding to their Supply Chain Group at their corporate headquarters.  Team oriented department seeks a strategic supply chain leader and change agent to manage a professional material sourcing, scheduling, production planning, and global product allocation team.Looking for proven ability to influence and motivate individuals/teams and lead transformational change. Must exhibit passion and enthusiasm for leading supply chain initiatives, develop staff, and groom next generation of department leadership.Must be able to analyze a broad range of internal and external issues and develop and implement strategic solutions.  Will support liquids, plastics, powder and personal care manufacturing operations.  Consumer products experience desired.  Manage a direct team of 6 and indirect 60.

 

Requires excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, relationship building and project management skills.  Minimum of Bachelor’s degree preferably in a Supply Chain related curriculum with 5+ years experience and accompanying proven leadership experience.  Master’s degree, APICS or CPIM certification,  and 7+ years a real plus.
