TRAINING SPECIALIST

Black Leopard, Inc. Executive Search Offices, specializing in the Consumer Products Industry, has been retained by one of its clients to search for the following:

  Position: TRAINING SPECIALIST  Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina (close to)  Assignment: Corporate offices

  Salary: to $45,000 + Relocation

  Reports to: Manager of Organization Development & Training

 

 

 

Company:

 

§ Company is a large consumer products manufacturer with several plants located in several states.

 

 

Scope:

 

§ Selected candidate will research; conduct needs assessments; and design/implement classroom and computer-based management leadership and development training programs for exempt employees supporting a large manufacturing environment.

 

§ Individual will incorporate newly designed training with existing training programs and materials.

 

 

Requirements:

 

§ Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

 

§ One to three plus years in a corporate training environment.

 

§ One to three plus years as a training facilitator for management leadership and development.

 

§ Knowledge and experience in Adult Learning Theory, Instructional Design and Blended Learning.

 

§ Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends occasionally and as needed.

 

§ Ability and willingness to travel to other locations to train, as needed.

 

§ Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) computer-based training.

 

§ Familiarity in SAP is strongly desired.
