Additionally, this position provides backup support for data maintenance and programming support .Duties and Responsibilities: % of Time1. Resolves customer reprogramming needs and concerns by handling inbound and outbound calls. Processes data changes to remove or replace radio back-up units. Coordinates field service dispatch, closes jobs, reschedules jobs, and applies billing charges. Issues account numbers, radio numbers, and confirm test signals. Provides limited technical support to customers and resolves billing concerns. 82%2. Support tier 1 panel service tickets. Process data changes received via mail, fax, phone or internal ticket on Informix and MASterMind. Support false alarm research and damage claims and provide support for other data cleanup projects. 12% 3. Other projects as assigned Requirements:Education: High School Degree or equivalentExperience: 6 months of ADT experience in CSG, TAS or ATS or one to two years of related industry experience preferred.
