Bally Total Fitness is currently seeking Part-Time Telephone Collectors for our Norwalk National Service Center. Excellent paid training is provided! Job Description: Financial Service Representatives will contact members regarding past due accounts, answer any questions about their memberships and attempt to collect on the past due balance, while upholding the highest level of customer service. Uphold highest level of customer service. Job Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service attitude a must. Sales or retail and customer service experience preferred. Must be proficient with keyboard and 10-key. Bilingual English/Spanish is not required, but is a plus. Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.Paid training is also provided.  Hours: Weekday PM shifts available. Work any hours between 4pm-9pm Monday-Friday, no weekends required. Pay: $10.00/hr;  $11.00/Hour if Bi-lingual in English/Spanish Training: The first two weeks of employment consists of a mandatory training from 8:30am-5:30 pm.
