Territory Manager - East Bay Area

The mission of the Territory Manager is to maximize territory profitability by achieving territory goals; by ensuring the achievement of the Service Vision to increase Member satisfaction and retention; and by selecting, supervising, developing and supporting Service Provider staff.


Responsibilities:

¤ Build a highly motivated, driven and successful team.
¤ Managing the recruitment process, which includes training and development of all employees, while maintaining customer service standards
¤ Successfully drive the growth and performance of weekly meetings.
¤ Collaborate with Training in managing the effectiveness of marketing and promotions
¤ Administer the day-to-day operations to ensure growth and profitability
¤ Ability to direct and coordinate the organization's goals and objectives.



Qualifications:

¤ Creative thinker with strong leadership and team building skills
¤ Strong communication, interpersonal and motivational abilities
¤ 3-5 years of successfully Supervising or Managing employees
¤ Must be flexible to work hours, which may include weekends
¤ Proficiency in computer applications, MS Word and Excel
¤ Strong problem solving skills
¤ Willingness and ability to travel, as needed
¤ Maintaining of weight within the WW BMI weight goal range
